It’s been a decade since I hit the rock bottom of the depression amid the Fukushima meltdown.
The event did not cause it; in 20/20 hindsight, it was merely the accumulation of what I’d been thinking and feeling inside of me, peppered with many knee-jerk reactions.
This morning, one video caught my attention – talking about depression.
Richard Rudd, the author of the Gene Keys, inspired by Gene Key 1, talks about “Transforming Depression into Creativity.”
In my current understanding, depression is another label to a series of changes in perception about life and yourself. It doesn’t have to be something as accepted as such in society in general. But it can be an important stepping stone to a broader perspective.
So, take as much as you like to feel better because when you do so, you feel a little more connected to the Source that holds everyone and everything together, where you’ll find you can NOT be alone in this universe 🙂
Trust the process of life.
When we listen from our heart, our soul, then we begin to see hope in everything around us. In listening to a higher frequency, we first of all have to resonate at that frequency. Our whole body has to vibrate at a higher frequency, and then we feel more of the truth. We feel through our body, our organs, particularly through our belly, and we begin to feel the higher purpose within things. The more we listen in this way, holding someone’s higher purpose always foremost, the more we’ll emanate that through our listening, and the more others will feel that trust emanating from us.Excerpt from 64 ways
